We are supported by a well-developed infrastructure that helps us in carrying out all our business operations in a smooth and swift manner. Our infrastructure is based in Maharashtra-Dist. Nashik (India) and has a capacity to produce 1,200 tons of crepe paper per annum. To meet the bulk requirements of our clients within a stipulated time frame, we have divided our premises into the number of units that are installed advanced machines and all requisite tools. This facilitates the production rate and allows us to manufacture the technologically advanced range of Insulation Products.
Our manufacturing unit is equipped with the following machines:

• Rolling machines
• Hardness machine
• Material handling equipment

Further, we also have a well equipped, modernized distilled water plant that is well maintained to take care of foreign particles.

To store our complete range of Insulation Products, we have established a spacious warehouse unit that is highly automated and has massive storing capacity. We have segregated the unit into the number of sections that enable us in easy accommodation and retrieval of the products. Managed by our skilled storekeepers, this department helps in keeping the products systematically in various labeled sections that in turn allow us in faster identification of the products at the time of dispatch of consignments.

 

Our warehouse personnel take every essential measure for the prevention of stored products and handling in emergency situations that ensure the safety of the products. Apart from a storage facility, we also emphasize on the packaging of the products that is undertaken by our team of experienced packaging experts. For packaging, we make use of quality packaging material, which ensures the safety of the products during transit.
